Do I need a PayPal account?

Can I order in bulk or wholesale?

Sure! All of our products can be purchased at a discount. Currently you're able to order CD's in sets of 10 for a discount on this page. For all other products, please contact us to discuss your options.

When can I expect my order?

Well, that depends on a few things. First, where you live. Second, what you ordered. We do our best to keep products in stock, but occasionally we sell out and orders get held up a day or two. A good estimate, though, is one week. International orders will take up to 2 weeks. If it's been a while and your order hasn't arrived, contact us.

What are my shipping options?

To be honest, not too many. We pick the shipping method based on the fastest, most affordable options available. And we want to ensure safe delivery. That means it'll either come through the US Mail or Fedex.

What's your refund policy?

If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, contact us for a free replacement. Purchased items cannot be resold, so we don't give refunds on used or opened products. If you really, really don't like it after trying it out we'll send you a similar product that may suit you better, and all you pay is shipping.
