Janis Ericson, founder and director of Lightwork Seminars, Intl. is regarded as a leader in the diverse field of holistic healing and is one of most highly respected trainers in personal development methodologies today. Janis's insights into the inner workings of both the human mind and the spiritual body create a unique approach to healing and self development. Her natural curiosity and penchant for results makes her an extremely effective and powerful catalyst for growth and transformation.
Through her fun and lighthearted style, she connects with her students, giving them a profound experience of the unlimited possibilities that exist through the magic of NLP. Janis began studying hypnosis at the age of 16, and by the age of 20 was certified as a Hypnotherapist. Since that time she has been dedicated to learning different healing modalities to add to her skills in helping people heal from depression, anxiety, abuse, disease, phobias, relationship difficulties, and learning disabilities. She has helped hundreds of people to discover the power of their minds and given them the tools to regain control of their lives.
As a trainer and speaker, Janis is engaging and profound. Her unique blend of deep spiritual philosophy and lighthearted fun is both thought-provoking and supremely enjoyable. She has the natural ability to make complex concepts simple, in language that is easy to understand and full of wisdom and experience. Janis has learned from some of the best trainers in the personal growth field, like Dr. Richard Bandler and John LaValle, and she brings their techniques together to form a cohesive and useful methodology.
In addition to being a Licensed Trainer of NLP, Janis is also a skilled Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Reiki Master, Interfaith Minister, Theta Healer™, Health and Success Coach, Past Life Regression Specialist, and Spiritual Healer. When she's not teaching, she runs a successful practice in San Rafael, CA. Janis is a member of the Society of NLP, National Guild of Hypnotists, American Board of Hypnotherapy, the Association for Research and Enlightenment, Professional Board of Hypnotherapists, and National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists.

Cheryl Sullivan is the founder of the Holistic Hypnosis Healing Center in Boca Raton, Florida. Her practice includes transpersonal hypnosis as well as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy™, Reiki, ThetaHealing™, and spiritual counseling. She is a past life regression specialist and one of the few "Life Between Lives" therapists in South Florida having studied with Dr. Michael Newton author of Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls. She has participated in prayer journeys to sacred sites in Egypt and Brazil, and has traveled to Peru to study shamanic healing techniques with Dr. Ruben Orellana. She has also studied NLP and Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning with Dr. Richard Bandler.
Cheryl holds a degree in Human Science Education from Florida State University. A former high school teacher, she spent several years co-managing a large South Florida corporation before moving full-time into the metaphysical field. She is certified as a hypnotherapist by the Eastern Institute of Hypnotherapy, Bennett-Stellar University, and Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. where she received much of her training. Cheryl is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Past Life Regressionist, Life Between Lives Therapist, Time Line Therapist™, a Certified ThetaHealing™ Instructor, and a Reiki Master. She is a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, the National Guild of Hypnotists, Time Line Therapy™ Association and the A.R.E. (Association of Research and Enlightenment).
She currently maintains a successful private practice in both Boca Raton and Sarasota, Florida, and she facilitates classes in self-hypnosis, meditation, ThetaHealing™, past life regression, and mind-body-spirit connection as well as leading spiritual retreats in the US and abroad.

Ruben has been sought out for simple advice to complex solutions from an early age.
