Overcoming Trauma

OVERVIEW

If you’re alive on Planet Earth, chances are you’ve experienced some form of suffering or pain. And your experiences, good and bad, have changed you in some meaningful way. Sometimes these experiences make you stronger, more equipped for the world around you. Others just lead to further pain.

The most important point, though, is that you are not your past. What you have been through does not define you, but how you deal with what you’ve experienced does. Take this opportunity to turn your “trauma” into positive growth, and let go of your suffering. It doesn’t have to continue.

This seminar is highly experiential, so come prepared to make a shift. Change requires participation.

SYLLABUS

Releasing Past Hurts (8 hrs)
Identify and release past traumas through guided hypnotic regressions. You don't need to relive the past, but you can add healing to it.

Developing Healthy Strategies (8 hrs)
Determine and employ the actions and feelings that will lead you to the future you desire, through guided future-oriented processes that get you ready to face the next phase in your journey with confidence and joy.

COURSE LENGTH & HOURS

This 16-hour course is completed with a 2-day live training. Generally taught over a weekend, expect the day to begin at 9:30am and end at 6:30pm.

CERTIFICATION

This course is not included or required for any certification tracks. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a certificate of attendance. This program does provide 16 CE credits for the California Board of Registered Nursing (other states often accept these credits) and a variety of hypnotherapy boards.
