Where are the programs offered?
We offer all our Hypnotherapy Programs in San Francisco CA, Asheville NC, and Boca Raton FL. Special events, certain courses, and retreats may be offered in various locations throughout the year. To check exact locations, please browse the schedule.

Do you accept course credits from other schools?
Often we are able to give credit credit for courses taken through other institutes. You will need to contact us to find out if your prior training qualifies.

Are there any pre-requisites for these courses?
Hypnotherapy 101 is a pre-requisite for the Past Life Regression and the Advanced Hypnotherapy courses. The NLP Practitioner course is a pre-requisite for the NLP Master training.

I work full-time. How can I complete requirements for certification?
A large portion of these training tracks involve home study, so you can learn at your own pace and on your own schedule. The Certified Hypnotherapist track can be completed in 17 days of live training, leaving plenty of time for you to fulfill your work and family obligations.

Where do the certifications come from?
Our Hypnotherapy certifications are awarded through the International Hypnosis Association and Lightwork Seminars, Intl. You are also eligible to receive certification through the National Guild of Hypnotists.

What is the daily training schedule?
Classes run from 9:30am to 6:30pm each day.

I have to travel to your courses. Are there lodging arrangements made by Lightwork Seminars?
We have arranged for group rates at each hotel we teach courses in. You will need to make your own arrangements for these programs, and remember the hotels do sell out. Please note that because some courses are held at our training facilities, you will need to arrange your own accommodations. Request a list of local hotels

What is included in my tuition?
Tuition is all inclusive for each program we offer. All instruction, materials, books, and DVDs are included in one price. You won't have any additional costs, except to apply for your certification (costs vary by certifying board). NLP certifications ($200 per level) are included in the tuition.

Can I take individual courses without completing a full certification track?
Yes! You're welcome to take any or all courses you find interesting and suitable. For instance, our NLP courses offer their own certifications, allowing you to practice NLP without completing further training. ThetaHealing courses are also stand-alone programs.

Will I be automatically certified as soon as I complete the training?
You will be fully certified upon successful completion of our programs. The certificates will be mailed to you within one to three months after completion of the training.

There are so many Hypnotherapy courses out there! How do they compare to yours?
If you've been doing your research, you've noticed there are schools offering weekend certification courses. If you go this route, sure you'll be certified, but you won't be any good! And part of being a great hypnotherapist is being confident, which you can only cultivate through lots and lots of practice. Our programs combine home study and live training to ensure you're really learning the techniques and have the confidence to go out and practice.
